POSITION TITLE: Human Resources Manager
SALARY: $55,000 - 60,000
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for advising organizational management in areas of talent acquisition and retention to push the organization's vision and mission forward.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with management to develop a recruitment plan along with short and long term organizational need.
- Identify and provide a diverse set of qualified candidates for all positions.
- Consult with HR Director to determine and ensure equitable salary/hourly offers to both internal and external candidates.
- Evaluate and track recruitment costs.
- Measures efficiency of recruitment methods.
- Assist all managers to assess appropriate background and skill set for open positions.
- Create, implement and attend recruiting opportunities such as open houses and job fairs.
- Conduct ongoing research on local and national recruitment trends and metrics as well as develop solutions and improvements when necessary.
- Recruit, screen, interview, and refer applicants for social service, healthcare, administrative, management and executive-level positions.
- Serve as a support to divisional managers and employees throughout the performance review process including professional and educational development.
- Hire and supervise two Recruitment Specialists.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Undergraduate degree required.
- Minimum of four years of experience in internal/external recruiting, human resources, talent management and/or acquisition preferably for a social services organization or healthcare system.
- Minimum of three years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience facilitating workshops and/ or training.
- Exceptional written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, as well as a high level of organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and use of the Internet.
- Demonstrated initiative and drive; self-directed; focused, yet works extremely well in a fast-paced environment and results-oriented.
- Strong problem solver with excellent analytics skills.
- Familiarity with ADP software preferred.
- Ability to work in a complex organization with competing priorities.
- Bilingual, preferred.
Ability to travel 50% of the time.
