Board Position - Professional Development Director (Volunteer Role)

The South Suburban-Cook Board of Directors is seeking a dedicated volunteer to serve as the Professional Development Director for our SHRM professional chapter. This role is essential in coordinating training and development initiatives for our members, ensuring they have access to high-quality resources to advance their careers in human resources.

Position Overview

The Professional Development Director will lead efforts to provide professional growth opportunities for chapter members. This includes organizing leadership training, maintaining a speaker database, and supporting chapter leaders in their development efforts.
