Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce: 

For the first time in history, there are five generations working side by side.  During this presentation, you will be given a review of the different generations in the workplace.  We will be discussing the stereotypes that exist and how to overcome these stereotypes.  We will also look at the opportunities and challenges we face with each generation.  You will walk away with solid information that will assist you and your team on working collaboratively when faced with age differences on the job.
