- Deterrence - What staff needs to know given shared responsibility for each other’s safety
- Communication – How to properly communicate during emergencies
- Delay - What kind of doors, windows, and hardware should be used to make buildings safer
- Response - How to respond during an emergency while working with first responders
- Lockdown - Proper procedures for lockdown during an active shooter event
- Important Practices regarding what to teach staff to be better at ensuring safety of employees and visitors
