Our March presentation focuses on Employee Benefits! Alper Services representatives, Yvette Bickcom and Gregg Elstien will cover Flexible Spending Accounts and Retirement Account Basics. This power team will enlighten us with employee benefits solutions for our ever-changing business environments.

Yvette Bickcom, GBA, Manager, brings over ten years of experience in the group employee benefits industry to her role as Manager of the Employee Benefits Division and Account Executive with Alper Services. Her expertise is in designing cost-effective plans for groups with 25 or fewer employees. She is also an advisor and knowledgeable resource for Clients transitioning from group plans to individual health and Medicare products.
Gregg M. Elstien, ARM, CIC, has been serving the needs of Alper Clients since 1995. In his continuing efforts to hone his individual insurance expertise, Gregg has earned the coveted distinctions of both certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
