    Levels of employee engagement directly relate to important business outcome, including customer satisfaction, employee productivity, company profit, employee turnover, and occurrence of safety incidents. Strong employee engagement improves the employer brand and supports recruitment and retention efforts. 

    This month meeting, Ingrid Stevens will discuss The Four Enablers of Employee Engagement. These four enablers of engagement have proved to be useful lenses which can help organizations assess the effectiveness of their approaches.

    Ingrid Stevens is a human resources professional with over 20 years of industry experience. As a presenter for some of the country's premier training organizations, she has facilitated seminars for corporate employees at all levels. Her vast knowledge of organizational development and training has equipped her with the know-how to development and implement solutions that motivate employees to perform at their highest potential. Service has always been a central part of her work ethic as evidenced by her 10 years of service in the military. She draws from her wealth of experience to enable others to improve the quality of service in their organization. Ingrid Stevens is a graduate of Keller Graduate School of Management and currently serves as Human Resources Manager for the Crete-Monee School District.
