    At this months presentation, we will learn interview techniques that can be used during the course of employee interviews and even prospective employee interviews.  Kenneth L. Carter and Doug Cunningham will discuss and illustrate interview techniques that can be used for general inquiries or matters more serious in nature (employee wrongdoing, etc.).  This interactive presentation will include role play scenarios and case histories.
