Janet Freda, Major Markets Senior HCM Consultant, has been part of the Paychex team for five (5) years. During her tenure with Paychex, she has had the opportunity to develop relationships with several accounting firms. These firms trust her with their clients and have peace of mind, knowing their customers are in great hands. Janet has also partnered with many businesses in various industries to ensure compliance and maximize efficiency as it pertains to Human Capital Management. This experience allows her to take a detailed, unbiased look at their day to day operations, and offer creative strategies to solve complex business challenges.
Prior to her career at Paychex, her background included working for Ceridian, as well as Kronos, Oasis Outsourcing (PEO) and was a Financial Advisor with Mass Mutual & OneAmerica for five years.
