    More than ever, employers realize the value of supporting employees’ mental health and addressing issues such as stress, substance use disorder, trauma, and violence prevention.

    In this informative session, Ann-Marie Hejna, Senior Business Development Executive at ComPsych, will walk through the many uses of employee assistance programs to support organizational goals as well as employee well-being.

    Ann-Marie is a native of Tinley Park. She has more than 25 years of experience in human resource and benefits consulting,  Ann-Marie holds a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago and currently resides with her family in Batavia, Illinois.

    As a sales executive at ComPsych for over 19 years, Ann-Marie advises Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller employers on health and well-being strategies. She has worked directly with employers, group insurance companies, and benefits consultants alike in designing EAP/work-life, wellness, and absence programs customized to meet the demographics and corporate culture of each customer. Her benefits planning expertise includes seeking out efficiencies and reducing end-user costs, without losing program quality. Ann-Marie is an accomplished speaker, having presented to employer groups, benefits consultants, and HR managers across the U.S.
