Many companies have been forced to transition to remote workforces in order to help flatten the curve of the COVID-19 pandemic. This has led to a need for leadership, and/or individual teams, to track the tasks and goal progression of either (or both) remote employees and teams – all while providing frequent, meaningful feedback that is well-organized.

HR Performance Solutions will host a webinar offering guidance on best practices for managing and engaging remote employees and will provide free access to task and feedback management software designed for virtual teams. This software also integrates with performance management software to help support more formal feedback cycles. Implementing such a solution will allow managers and executives to keep a better pulse on the organization during such a chaotic time, and will help organizations follow performance management best practices into the long-term.

    Learning objectives:

    • Methods to improve task and feedback management in both a remote and physical work environment
    • Tools for maintaining structured employee engagement during an unplanned change in the work environment
    • Supporting alignment between both daily individual and team tasks, and annual corporate objectives
    • Leveraging technology to facilitate a collaborative and productive work environment
