Culture Shift - Creating an Inclusive Environment for Employees
(a strategy for reducing employment-related risks)

This webinar will focus on aligning organizational values that embrace diversity. We envision diversity as encompassing individuals’ unique characteristics and experiences, including not only race, gender, ethnicity, age, religion, disability, national origin and sexual orientation, but also work styles, personalities, life choices, marital and parental status, educational and career backgrounds, and other life experiences.

This webinar will discuss how to commit to establishing a culture that values and respects the ideas, contributions, and creativity of each of the individuals with whom we work, and how this type of cultural environment enhances organizational performance and reduces employment-related risks through the inclusion and honoring of diverse perspectives.
