    Our guest presenter will share five (5) employee benefit ideas that are either unique or usually overlooked but found to be valuable by employees. These benefits identify are fairly inexpensive for an employer to offer, and can help with retention efforts. Luke will explain in detail what these benefits are, provide statistics on how they are perceived to employees, and provide ballpark pricing. Luke will take any questions from the audience and hope this will be an interactive and engaging discussion!

    Luke Barnett, Employee Benefits Leader at Connor & Gallagher OneSource (CGO) has been in the employee benefits industry since 2003 and have run the Connor & Gallagher OneSource (CGO) employee benefits division since 2005.

    As the Employee Benefits Practice Leader at CGO, Luke is focused on consultant development, driving customer service delivery, and the overall administration of the Employee Benefits department. On a daily basis he works alongside benefits consultants ensuring the absolute best options are utilized for their clients, and that their companies are in full compliance.

    Along with growing the benefits division at CGO, Luke is also responsible for working with carriers, office staff, and networking partners. This team identifies the ever-changing market conditions, and continuously educate themselves and CGO's clients to help them offer competitive employee benefits that are in line with their budget and culture. The team also teachs and implement various health insurance cost savings strategies to help these organizations mitigate this rapidly growing expenditure.
