    Rich Glass, JD is the group practice leader for Mercer’s Central Market Employee Health & Benefits Regulatory Resources Group (RRG). As an attorney, he consults on issues for clients of all sizes on federal and state laws, including the ACA, Association Health Plans, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, tax issues, and mental health parity.

    Rich has more than 27 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. Rich holds a BS degree in broadcast journalism from TCU and a JD degree from the University of Houston. Rich is a member of the State Bar of Texas. He holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).  In the past, he served as sole contributing editor for the Business & Legal Resources Flex Plan Handbook for more than 10 years.
